We operate in strict adherence to UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL), which establishes international standard safeguards for personal data processing, candidate consent, and individual data subject rights.

How We Use Information
Personal data gathered by HRchemy is processed solely for lawful, legitimate human capital purposes:
- Executive Placement & Candidate Sourcing: Assessing qualifications, evaluating role suitability, matching profiles with active client vacancies, and contacting candidates regarding relevant executive opportunities.
- Advisory & Employer Solutions: Preparing customized HR diagnostics, restructuring plans, onboarding blueprints, and compliance audits for corporate clients.
- Service Inquiries & Consultations: Responding to website callback requests, scheduling discovery discussions, and coordinating candidate interview stages.
- Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Satisfying statutory audit obligations, record-keeping standards, and compliance with UAE labor authorities (MOHRE).
Candidate Consent & CV Protection
When you upload your CV or submit candidate details to HRchemy, you grant explicit consent for our recruitment advisory team to retain, review, and evaluate your profile for relevant vacancies.
🛡️ Strict Private CV Access Controls
Candidate CV files are stored inside private, encrypted cloud storage (Supabase Vault). CV files are never public on the web. Only authenticated HRchemy senior consultants can generate time-limited, encrypted access tokens to review submissions. We do not distribute candidate CVs to third parties without prior consultation.
You may withdraw candidate consent at any time. Upon receiving your written notice, your candidate dossier and uploaded files will be permanently purged from our active recruitment records.
Security & Encryption
We maintain rigorous multi-layered technical and organizational safeguards:
- Transport Security: 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers.
- Encrypted Storage: Industry-grade AES-256 encryption at rest for candidate databases and document repositories.
- Access Governance: Role-based least-privilege credentials, authenticated administrative portals, and session timeout restrictions.
Data Retention Guidelines
Candidate records and client correspondences are maintained for as long as necessary to fulfill the primary purposes of recruitment advisory, or up to 24 months from the date of the last active communication. Inactive files are reviewed and systematically archived or sanitized in accordance with UAE PDPL records governance.
