These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Client," or "Candidate") and HRchemy ("HRchemy," "we," or "us"), operating under Dubai and United Arab Emirates commercial regulations.
By browsing this website, submitting an employer brief, uploading a candidate profile, or scheduling a consultation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue using this website and our digital portals immediately.
HR Consultancy Services & Engagements
HRchemy provides bespoke human capital advisory, HR diagnostics, policy drafting, team structuring, and outsourced recruitment solutions.
- Informational Nature: Content, blog insights, and toolkits published on this website are provided for general commercial orientation and do not constitute formal legal or regulatory advice.
- Service Agreements: Professional advisory engagements are confirmed via individual Statements of Work (SOW) or Client Service Agreements specifying fee schedules, milestones, deliverables, and service levels.
- Independence: HRchemy operates as an independent consultancy and does not establish employer-employee or legal fiduciary agency relationships through general website interaction.
PRO & Visa Coordination Scope
⚖️ Regulatory Distinction Notice
HRchemy assists businesses with Public Relations Officer (PRO) operational coordination, document review, and visa application submission support. HRchemy is a private HR consultancy and is NOT a government immigration department, embassy, or law firm.
All visa approvals, entry permits, work quotas, labor clearances, and residency status determinations remain under the exclusive statutory authority of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA), and the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP).
Recruitment & Candidate Protection
In line with UAE labor regulations and ethical recruitment practices:
- Zero Fees to Candidates: In strict compliance with UAE Federal Labor Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021), HRchemy never charges candidates, job seekers, or applicants any fee, commission, or processing charge for job applications, interviews, or career placements.
- Hiring Authority: HRchemy serves as an executive search and shortlisting partner. The final decision to interview, extend job offers, determine compensation, or hire candidates rests solely with the client employer.
- No Guarantee of Placement: Submitting a profile or CV does not guarantee an interview invitation or employment placement.
Submissions & User Conduct
When interacting with HRchemy forms, document upload portals, or chat tools:
- You warrant that all information, employment history, contact details, and qualifications provided are authentic, complete, and accurate.
- You warrant that you hold legitimate ownership or authorized consent for any document, CV, or intellectual property you upload.
- You agree not to introduce malicious code, scrapers, automated extraction bots, or interfere with portal infrastructure security.
Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary trademarks, logos, brand assets, design layouts, diagnostic matrices, articles, and codebase on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of HRchemy and Maleeha Hameed. Unauthorized reproduction, public distribution, copying, or reverse engineering of HRchemy proprietary materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permissible under applicable UAE law, HRchemy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Under no circumstances will HRchemy be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, missed employment opportunities, or third-party communications.
Governing Law & UAE Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable Federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
